Terms & Conditions of Sale

The Lutt & Turner Club Membership is a marketing strategy deployed by YO Bakehouse Ltd

YO Bakehouse Ltd reserves the right to change, amend or remove this offer without prior notice due to circumstance outside of their control

The upfront fee (£10) or (£5 with 5 consequential loyalty points) is needed before the membership is validated

The membership will be expire 12 months from the date in which the card becomes validated

The card may only be used by the person who's name is printed on the reverse 

Discounts will only be applied to the person/s who have a valid membership. An exception being children under 12 years, who are entitled to claim the following discounts: brunch club & lunch menu discount, providing they are accompanied by at least one valid member

The Lutt & Turner Club Membership does not automatically renew and you will need to repay the fee to continue your benefits after the initial 12 months has passed

 

YO Bakehouse Ltd (ta Lutt & Turner) will not obtain any personal information as part of the membership process

Brunch Club (Exclusive to members from 8th May 2022):

- Brunch club menus will only be offered on the presentation of a valid membership card

- The order must reach the kitchen by 10.30am (Sun-Thur) to qualify for the offer

- Dishes available under this offer will be highlighted on the menu or should total a minimum of £7.75 

- Hot drinks available under this offer will be highlighted on the menu and only one drink will be served at one time, with the option to reorder for free when you're finished

- Optional extras (extra espresso shots, additional poached eggs etc) will be charged at the normal price​​

- Brunch Club is not available on bank holidays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Malton Food Lovers Festival weekends or Malton Christmas Food Market weekend

Free Coffee:

- One free standard coffee (or other standard hot beverage) will be offered once a month.

- Takeaway or dine-in

- Membership card must be shown prior to the transaction being completed in order to benefit

Discount on Takeout:

- 10% discount will be applied to your takeout basket total upon the presentation of a valid members card

- Membership card must be shown prior to the transaction being completed in order to benefit

- Refunds will not be offered where a card is produced once the transaction is complete

- Discount is not applicable on top of pre-existing offers (eg. meal deals)

- Bottled cold drinks are excluded from this discount

- Discount can be applied to the transaction, even if items are destined for a non-member providing the member is present

Discount on Dine-in Food and Hot Drinks:

- 10% discount will be applied to any food or hot drink item purchased at full price and consumed on the premises

- Refunds will not be offered where a card is produced once the transaction is complete

- Bottled cold drinks are excluded from this discount

- Membership card must be shown prior to the transaction being completed in order to benefit

- Discount is not applicable on top of pre-existing offers, brunch club or bundled discounts

- Discount will only be offered to the person who's name is printed on the membership card

Priority Dining:

- Members are welcome to call/email to book a table for breakfast/brunch (the first sitting of the day only)

- We have slots available at 9am (Downstairs) (Mon-Sat) and 9am (Downstairs) or 10am (Upstairs) (Sun)

- Bookings must be made by 4pm the day before you intend to visit

- If you fail to arrive within ten minutes of your slot, we will assume you are a no show and offer the table to the next waiting customer

- We don't accept bookings for timings other than those stated above
